Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Senior Admission counselor at Team Consultancy UK in Sylhet. The Senior Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling services to international students, assisting them in choosing suitable courses and universities in the UK. The role involves daily interactions with clients, assessing their requirements, providing detailed information about admission processes and requirements, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring a smooth transition to their chosen educational institution.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Sales and Education
- Knowledge of the UK higher education system and admission requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Regular Usage of CRM
